The delivery range of Holliday Flowers & Events, Inc. extends to the entire greater Memphis area including Arlington, Atoka, Bartlett, Collierville, Cordova, Covington, Drummonds, Eads, Frayser, Horn Lake, Lakeland, Millington, Nesbit, Olive Branch, Piperton, President’s Island, Raleigh, Southaven, Somerville, and West Memphis.
In the event that an individual address is outside of our delivery range, we will collaborate with a trusted shop closer to the delivery location to ensure your order is delivered.
Delivery charges are determined by the ZIP code of the delivery address. For most Memphis-area addresses, delivery is $9.95. For some more distant addresses delivery charges may vary. Out-of-town orders are subject to a $3.95 relay fee in addition to delivery; please call us at 901-753-2400 for information about out-of-country delivery charges. You will be notified of delivery and relay charges before the completion of your order.
Yes, we do. The specific delivery address and time of day the order is placed will determine our ability to deliver same-day orders. When calling to place an order, you will be informed of any relevant cut-off times.
If an internet order is placed for a same-day delivery and we are unable to accommodate that request, the order will be delivered on the following day (excluding Sundays).
We do our best to accommodate requests for specific delivery times; business hours and recipient work hours are taken into consideration. Customers wishing to request delivery at a specific time of day can indicate a three-hour window that works best.
Holidays affect our ability to deliver at particular times; during these high-volume periods we will take excellent care of all orders but cannot guarantee timed delivery.
Holliday Flowers & Events, Inc. is closed on Sunday. We are able to accept orders for Sunday delivery to funeral and memorial services.

Yes, we are happy to help. For orders outside our delivery range we contact a trusted partner shop to design and deliver your arrangement. Product costs and delivery fees will vary store-to-store and you will be contacted should any questions about your order arise.
To ensure your order is accepted by partner shops, there is a $50 order minimum plus delivery and relay fees (see “What is your delivery fee?”). Notice of at least 48 hours is required for international orders.
After you have submitted your order information online or over the phone, our dedicated and talented designers handcraft your arrangement with the utmost care and attention to detail. Once the design is complete your enclosure card message, printed on euchre weight paper, is added to the arrangement and the order is routed into our delivery system. Our drivers then hand-deliver your arrangement to the designated address. Ensuring quality service at each step in this process takes time. The vase life of fresh flowers is dependent on a number of factors including the environment in which they are placed. We recommend adding water to your arrangement every day or two as needed, and emptying the water to replace with fresh when it becomes cloudy. When changing the water, cut about a half-inch from the bottom of each stem, being sure to cut at an angle.
Never place flowers in direct sunlight or near a heating or cooling vent. Put protective material under your arrangement to avoid moisture damage.

Absolutely! Customers are welcome to visit the store with their own containers for arrangements. Containers will be treated with the utmost care but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur.

Yes, we do. Please provide an email address at the time of your order and we will see that a confirmation is sent after your item is delivered. In most cases this is immediately following the delivery; occasionally the message will be generated when the delivery driver returns to our store.
